Lahue lab scores two publications

Bob Lahue’s lab produced two recent publications.  The first, led by CCB student Norma Keogh, appeared in Nucleic Acids Research; “MutS-beta abundance and Msh3 ATP hydrolysis activity are important drivers of CTG•CAG repeat expansions”. More here.

The second publication was a collaborative effort with the lab of Silvia Gines at the University of Barcelona; “A selective inhibitor of histone deacetylase 3 prevents cognitive deficits and suppresses striatal CAG repeat expansions in Huntington’s disease mice”. More here.
